We simply require you to sleep on your new mattress for one month. This is to give your body a chance to adjust to it, before making an exchange. If you should reselect a mattress of greater value you would simply pay the difference. This offer is valid for one exchange only. A processing and handling fee of 15% of the original purchase price and our current delivery rate will be charged on all exchanges. All special orders, odd sizes, clearance, floor models, adjustable bases, pillows, and mattress protectors are exempt from this offer. Stained, soiled or bedding missing the “Law Tag” is exempt from this offer.  Sorry no refunds.
Lowest Price Advantage – At Mattress Warehouse we will beat any Local Stocking Dealers advertised price for the same mattress, with the same services or it is FREE. Our price guarantee is good for 90 days from your original purchase date. While shopping for a new mattress, should you find a lower advertised price on the same mattress, simply bring in the ad and we will beat their price or we will give you the mattress FREE. Then, for the next 90 days, should you see your mattress advertised for a lower price simply return to our store with a copy of the ad and we will refund you the difference. It’s that simple! Our lowest price advantage applies to mattress sets only and does not apply to close out, clearance, floor models, special ordered, discontinued models or models sold “As Is”.
Year Extended Warranty Advantage – Mattress Warehouse will extend the warranty coverage 5 Years on all Simmons or Serta sets. Our extended warranty is pro rated and starts when the original warranty ends. Your warranty card attached to the side of your new sleep set will give you all warranty guidelines. Please read all the mattress policies for what is covered and not covered under the warranty. Please retain this form, your receipt, law tags and warranty card in the event there is a problem with your mattress set.
Floor models, clearance, “as-is” products, memory foam, latex, sets sold for under $699.99 and adjustable beds are not qualified for the extended warranty. Stained, soiled or bedding missing the “Law Tag” is exempt from this offer. Our warranty does not cover any transportation costs.
Fast Delivery Advantage – You do not have to wait at Mattress Warehouse. We stock hundreds of sets, available for immediate pickup or delivery. Our drivers will set up the new mattress and haul off your old set (one haul off per sleep set purchased) at no additional charge to you. Please be prepared for your delivery by removing all breakables from the pathway.
Please inspect all merchandise before signing for the delivery. In the unlikely event damage occurs to your product, property, home or business during the course of a delivery, it must be noted on the manifest immediately before the drivers leave the property and reported to your store of purchase within 24 hours.
