may return to the store where the bed was purchased and select a mattress of equal or greater value. If you choose a mattress of greater value, you pay the
difference. There is a limit of one exchange per customer. A processing and return fee of 15% will be assessed on all exchanges. Standard transportation charges
are not included (local delivery starts at $69.99).
Since it takes time to adjust to your new mattress, we encourage you to sleep on it for a minimum of 1 month. DO NOT remove the law tags. All returning items
must be stain free and bed bug free for exchange. All manufacturers and Mattress Warehouse recommend using a mattress protector (not a basic mattress pad, but

_____ Fast Delivery Advantage – Our name says it all. We have the largest stocking warehouse in all of Birmingham. You can also pick up in stock merchandise
from our warehouse on the day of purchase before closing time. Our delivery service will set up the new sleep set and haul off your old set (one haul off per sleep set
purchased) at no additional charge to you. Please be prepared for delivery by removing all breakables from the delivery pathway. Please fully inspect all
merchandise before signing for the new merchandise. In the unlikely event damage occurs to your products, property, home or business during the course of a
delivery, it must be documented on the manifest before the drivers leave the property and reported to your store of purchase within 24 hours. Delivery time stops are
not offered upon purchase. The Delivery Service will call to schedule a 2 hour delivery window and confirm that someone will be home during the said time.
Someone 18 years or older must be home to accept and sign for delivered merchandise. Failure to be home for a confirmed delivery will result in a re-delivery
charge. If you have not received delivery confirmation by 9:00 a.m., you must call the Distribution Center (205-664-0629). The delivery service is not able to haul
off or move water beds, furniture, and/or contaminated pieces. They cannot haul off your old set to another resident or another address.
